Lime Pictures
Developed new Payroll solution for Freelancers using MS Access as a front end client and MS SQL Server as the database engine.
Developed and split for 9 departments. Data review, transformation and migration was required. Exportation into Excel for specific datasets to allow for wider use of the data. Historical data was transferred into the new format and system for immediate use. Full MS Access developed UI with lots of VBA and user targeted enhancements regarding re-bookings and guesstimating rates etc...

I am providing advisory and consultative services regarding systems, process improvement and automation.
Working with Vodafone's Enterprise Data Warehouse, I and am undertaking an analysis of current systems, data & processes, developing additional systems to assist in automation and consolidation whilst providing insights for the Telecommunication Giant.

Firstly was to provide MI & Reporting expertise (MI Mentor) to Experian as additional regulation from the Financial Conduct Authority requires a change in Experians process across the entire business group. This covered numerous aspects and work was inline with Treating Customers Fairly. I worked with each of the areas of the business: Decision Analytics; Marketing Services; Credit Services; Credit Expert; Data Quality & Compliance across the group.
Second was to project manage the numerous workstreams within the business group (4x) regarding their deliverables for MI&R within their larger transformation programme.
